Booking Commitment Policy


At Lashes Boudoir, we value your time and ours. To ensure that we can offer the best possible service, we ask for a deposit to secure all appointments. Please take a moment to review our commitment policy:

  1. Deposit Requirement:
    A deposit is required when booking to secure your appointment. This will be applied to the total cost of your service on the day of your visit.

  2. No Refund on Deposits:
    All deposits are non-refundable. This policy allows us to prepare for your appointment and ensures that we can manage our resources effectively. It helps us keep our schedule running smoothly and gives you the best possible experience.

  3. Why We Have This Policy:
    Preparing for each appointment requires time, setup, and the dedication of a technician. When appointments are cancelled or missed, it impacts our ability to accommodate other clients. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to your booking.

  4. Appointment Changes:
    If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 4 hours’ notice. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the spot to another client. Your deposit will simply be applied to your new appointment time.

  5. Late Cancellations and No-Shows:
    If possible, please let us know of any changes as early as you can. We understand things happen, but the more notice we have, the better we can manage our schedule and ensure that we are able to serve all clients.

  6. Consultation Policy:
    If your appointment includes a consultation and you decide not to proceed with the service, the deposit will be applied to the consultation itself.

  7. Exceptional Circumstances:
    We understand that unexpected situations can arise. In such cases, we will do our best to accommodate your needs and may allow your deposit to be transferred to a future booking.
